China Double Roller Crusher for Coarse and Fine Crushing - Reliable Suppliers & Factory for Mining Industry
Working principle
When the double roller crusher is working, the motor drives two parallel rollers to rotate towards each other, and the material enters the gap between the two rollers from the top. Under the friction and extrusion force generated by the rotation of the rollers, the material is drawn in and crushed under pressure. When the crushed material is smaller than the distance between the rollers, it is discharged from the discharge port below. By adjusting the distance between the two rollers, the particle size of the discharged material can be controlled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How does a double roller crusher crush materials?
A1: It crushes materials through the friction and extrusion force generated by two parallel rollers rotating towards each other, drawing the material in and pressing it until it breaks.
Q2: Where does the material enter the double roller crusher?
A2: The material is fed into the machine from the top, entering the gap between the two parallel rollers.
Q3: How is the final output particle size controlled?
A3: The particle size of the discharged material can be easily controlled by adjusting the distance between the two rollers.
Q4: How is the crushed material discharged from the machine?
A4: Once the crushed material becomes smaller than the set distance between the rollers, it falls through and is discharged from the port located at the bottom.
Q5: What drives the rotation of the rollers?
A5: The two parallel rollers are driven by a motor, which powers them to rotate towards each other to pull in and crush the input material.
