Spring Cone Crusher Machine

Spring cone crusher is a high-efficiency crushing equipment, which consists of a frame, fixed cone, moving cone, spring mechanism, etc. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to make the moving cone rotate and swing. The material is crushed by impact, extrusion and bending in the crushing chamber between the fixed cone and the moving cone. It has a large crushing ratio and can handle medium-hard materials such as iron ore. It has dry oil and water seals, impurities are difficult to invade, and the components are durable. It also has a spring insurance system, which can provide overload protection and is easy to maintain. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction and other fields.

    Working principle 

    When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The section where the moving cone is close to the static cone becomes the crushing chamber. After the crushed material enters from the feed port, it is squeezed and impacted by the moving cone and the static cone for many times to form materials that meet the required particle size. When the moving cone leaves this section, the formed material falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.
