Diesel engine wet pan mill stone grinding machine

Diesel wet pan mill is a wet grinding equipment powered by diesel engine, mainly used for crushing, mixing and grinding of ore, building materials, chemical materials, etc. It adopts wet operation, through the strong rolling and stirring of the grinding rollers and the grinding base, the materials are fully ground and mixed evenly. It is particularly suitable for occasions without power supply or requiring mobile operation. It has the advantages of independent power and strong adaptability. 

    Working principle 

    The diesel wet pan mill uses a diesel engine as the power source, and drives the rollers to rotate through a transmission device. When the wet pan mill is working, materials and liquids (such as water) are added to the basin trough from the feed port. During the rotation process, the rollers crush and grind the materials by its own weight and pressure, and stirs and mixes them at the same time. And then the fixed materials with required particle size filters out from the discharging mouth for next operation process for processing.
