Circular vibrating screen for stone screening in mining quarry
Working principle
The circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension or support device and motor. Once operated, the motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt, and the screen box vibrates due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. It can obtain different amplitudes by changing the eccentric axis of the exciter. Various products are sieved out through multiple layers of screens, and then discharged from the discharge outlet.

The vibrating screen should activate when there is no material on the screen surface. Try to avoid starting the machine with materials. Feeding can only be done after the screen machine runs smoothly. Feeding should be stopped before stopping the machine. In addition, the machine should be stopped after the material on the surface is discharged. The operation of the screen machine should be observed frequently during work. If there is abnormal movement or abnormal sound, workers should stop machine and check to find out the causes.
