The cone crusher is a secondary or tertiary crushing equipment used for raw materials crushing. It is featured by high production ratio on account of consistent rotation of moving cone. There are several types of cone crusher that Spring cone crusher, Symons cone crusher, compound cone crusher and hydraulic cone crusher.

The standard type (PYB) is medium type crusher applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing. According to stave work need of Cone crusher, it is mainly used for the stuff which has compressive strength not surpassing 300Mpa. This is a typical equipment of our country for crushing hard ore into intermediate crushing and fine crushing.

Working principle

When cone crusher works, the motor drives the pulley, the pulley drives the gears, the gears drive the movable cone on the eccentric shaft to make high-speed movement. The materials enters the crushing chamber from the feeding mouth, and is split and broken under the extrusion between the static cone liner and the movable cone liner, so as to discharge proper discharging size.
