Hammer
The main spare parts of hammer crusher is hammer or hammer head. It is made of high manganese steel, ensuring optimal performance and durability. Also, it has the advantages of good wear resistance, high toughness and impact strength. It is widely used to crush soft or medium-hard materials, such as limestone, concrete waste, clay and so on.
In addition to the manganese alloy hammer, our company has also developed another advanced hammer, the bi-metal composite crusher hammer. Its life is about 3 times of the ordinary crusher hammer. It is also called a double-liquid composite hammer, which means it is connected with two different materials. The hammer handle is made of casting alloy with good durability, and the hammer head part is made of high chrome alloy with a hardness of HRC62-65, which can easily crush stones with little wear.
Rotor
The rotor of the hammer crusher consists of a main shaft, a hammer frame, a hammer head and a flywheel. The rotor is supported on two rolling bearings, which are bolted to the support of the lower frame. In addition to the bolts, there are two positioning pins to fix the center distance of the bearings. In addition, in order to store a certain amount of kinetic energy in the operation of the rotor, a flywheel is installed at one end of the main shaft.
Grate Plates
The hammer crusher mill grate plates is our new design. As the traditional hammer mill grate is complete screen, so if some grates is damaged, you will have to replace the whole grate screen, which will cost you a lot of loss and time. We invented the new grate bars, you can install the grate bars one by one. If the grate bar is broken, you can just replace the broken grate bar and keep the grate bar intact, which saves a lot of cost and time.
