Ore Dressing Equipment

Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator is a kind of efficient gold dressing apparatus, especially for recovery of fine gold. It is also called gold centrifuge,  featured by utilizing the principle of gravity acceleration. The key part of the machine is a cone shaped concentrate bowl, rotating at a high speed by an electric motor and a pressurized water jacket.

Gold kacha, also named gold centrifugal concentrator, is kind of centrifugal concentrator equipment but being simpler and smaller scale ones. Compared with large gold concentrator equipment, it is more suitable for small scale gold mining quarry, remote areas or rough terrain in terms of low costs, easy operation and high gold recovery ratio.

Spiral classifier is a sieving and grading machine. It is commonly used in the grinding circuit of the beneficiation as the pre-classification and the inspect classification machine, also in the ore washing and desliming operation. There are four types of classifier, that is, high weir single screw and double screw, submergence single screw and double screw. The classifier has advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient operation. Ascend classifier is mainly composed of transmission device, screw body, tank body, lifting mechanism, lower support or bearing bush and ore discharge valve. 

Shaking table is kind of gravity separation machine used for the benificiation of precious metals, rare metals, non-metallic minerals. It is mainly composed of table head, electric motor, gradient adjusting device, table surface, ore chute, water chute and lubricating system. It is usually used for rough concentrating, scavenging process and selecting different particle of rough sand, fine sand and ore mud. Besides, by attaching to wet pan mill, gold kacha, it could separate gold as a production line. ASCEND shaking table has advantages of high efficiency, high recovery, low production cost.

Mining ore mixing tank is a kind of ore dressing equipment. Due to the properties of mixer, it also can be called stirring tank, mineral mixing barrel and agitation vat. Mineral agitation barrel is suitable for all kinds of metal ore and various mixing operations in chemical industries. It is mainly used to mix slurry with density smaller than 30 % and size smaller than 1mm before flotation in the beneficiation process. It can make the pharmacy and slurry fully mixed, which can also be used for stirring other non-metallic minerals. V-belt of motor drives impeller to mix drug and slurry completely. Mineral agitation barrel is the necessary equipment which mixes the drug and pulp to add the reaction time of chemical agent and strengthen drug reaction quality. 

Electric smelting furnace is a kind of ore dressing machine. It adopts the principle of magnetic induction eddy current heating and use electric current to generate magnetic field through coil. When magnetic field line passes through metal materials in magnetic field, it makes boiler body heat at high speed on its own, and then heat materials again. And in short time, it reaches the required temperature. Generally speaking, single melting metal amount 1-2 KG of capacity, single melting time in 1-3 minutes. The highest furnace temperature can reach 1500-2000 degrees.

Gold amalgam barrel is a traditional gold refining machine. It is also called small mercury ball mill which is featured by mixing the mercury and gold concentrate from shaking table, sluice box or gold centrifugal machine in order to make recovery of gold. Our automatic amalgamator adapts a new design using stepper motor to drive the machine in replacement of manual operation. This machine is used for mixing the mercury and gold with black sand to get the gold amalgam. Then distill the gold amalgam in the mercury retort and get the pure gold. Although this method is low-cost and highly efficient, it still has problems of mercury poisoning. Therefore, the amalgamation gold extraction method is usually used as an auxiliary method in conjunction with other mineral processing methods to increase the recovery rate of gold.

Magnetic separator is an essential equipment in ore dressing process which can make raw materials from the mineral powder and mineral pulp separated through different magnetic intensity. Ascend has two types of magnetic separators that they are dry magnetic separator and wet magnetic separator. For wet process magnetic separator, the granualarity size of minerals ranges from 0 to 6 millimeters and max of X, coefficient of magnetic, should be higher than 50x10⁻⁶or go through magnetic roasting process before separation.
