Gold Gravity Knelson Centrifugal Concentrator Separator
Working principle
The machine utilizes the principles of centrifuge to enhance the gravitational force to separate minerals based on particles density. Once operated, the lighter material flows upward over the grooves and heavier mineral particles become trapped within them. With pressurized water injecting along the perimeter of each groove to maintain a fluidized state of particles, heavy mineral particles can be concentrated in an efficient way at last.

Product Advantages
1. High concentrating ratio. The recovery rate of placer gold can reach 80% or higher. For rock rein gold, the recovery rate could reach 70% when the feeding size is below 0.074mm.
2. Easy installation. What you only need to do for using is to connect the water pump and power.
3. Easy operation. Only adjust water pressure and feeding size so that you could get the best recovery effect. Then you just need to recover the concentrates every 2-4 hours, which depends on the grade of the mine.
4. Environment friendly. This machine only consumes water and electric power, and exhaust tailing and water with low noise, no chemical agent involved.
Materials
Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator is mostly used to collect free gold particles from the placer alluvial gold sand or rein gold slurry from grinding mill. It could also apply in hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, the old tailings, poly-metallic ore.
