Working principle
The magnetic system is a compound of fine ferrite material and rare earth magnets. With ore pulp entering magnetic field area, the ferromagnetic materials are sucked up on the surface of the drum. In the contrary, weak magnetic substances and nonmagnetic minerals are washed away by water. The absorbed magnetic minerals on the surface of drum will rotate with the drum and leave magnetic field area. It is suitable to dry separate the fine particle strong magnetic ore, because of speedy rotation, the magnetic particles rolling more times than other magnetic separator, which is effectively destroy the reunite of magnetic and arise the high-grade ore. The ore are divided into magnetic and nonmagnetic after separation and discharge from the outlet. The average magnetic induction intensity of the surface of the cylinder is 100~600mT.

Advantages
1. High effective separation. It has a good performance.
2. Big capacity. With capacity varies from 10-130 tons per hour for dry ores, 10-300 m³ per hour for pulp.
3. Wide application. There are many magnetic filed intensity for customer to choose based on different mineral ores.

Application
Magnetic separator has a wide application in separation of minerals such as magnetite, limonite, hematite, manganese siderite, ilmenite, wolframite, manganese ore, manganese carbonate ore, manganese ore, manganese oxide ore, iron ore, kaolin, rare earth ore, etc. Wet process magnetic separator can be used to separate magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals in ore benificiation, coal washing, chemical industry and so on.
