Ascend lab jaw crusher for mining testing in the laboratory
Working principle
The main components of the crusher are the body, eccentric shaft, static jaw, movable jaw, adjustment device, transmission device, power parts, etc. In operation, the motor drives the belt wheel and flywheel to move the eccentric shaft so as to drive the moving jaw plate to move upside down, left and right. Materials entering the feeding mouth will be crushed by squeezing and rubbing of two plates.

Delivery
As for Packaging, first, products will be wrapped by PP-Bubble as inner packing. And We would use load container as outer packing. Besides, spare parts would be put in wooden cases. It need to be waterproof for storage and put on the flat ground. We would adapt standard containers or wooden box for packing.
As for Transportation, these machines will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. Large mainframes will be exposed while small spare parts and motors would be packed in wooden boxes. All items are in bulk or containers. More details could be negotiated by both sides.
