Gold Kacha Centrifugal Concentrator Collector Machine
Working principle
The working principle of gold kacha is almost the same with the knelson concentrator’s. First of all, add the slurry whose density should be less than 30% that is mixed with water, ore and sand to the mainframe. Then when the bowl liner rotates, the heavy gold particles will be sprinkled inside the grooves on account of the eccentric power. Meanwhile the lighter tailing stuff will be discharged through tailing outlet. 40 minutes or 1 hour later, the gold kacha should be switched off, and the worker use water spray to wash off the gold concentrate in the grooves. Finally the gold concentrate and water will be discharged from the bottom of bowl liner.
