Working principle
When the diesel ball mill is working, the diesel engine provides strong power, which is transmitted to the ball mill rotary body through the transmission system, causing it to start rotating at high speed. The steel balls loaded in the rotary body rotate with the rotary body, and rise up along the rotary body wall under the action of centrifugal force. After reaching a certain height, they break away from the rotary body wall due to gravity and fall in a parabolic trajectory. At the same time, the material entering the rotary body is violently hit by the steel balls, achieving initial crushing; the mutual extrusion and friction between the steel balls and the rotary body wall and the steel balls further grind the material into fine powder, and finally the material that meets the particle size requirements is discharged from the discharge port, completing the grinding operation.
