Jaw plates are main components of a jaw crusher. They can be distinguished into two kinds of plates which are movable jaw plate and static jaw plate. The static jaw and the movable jaw are both consisted of jaw bed and jaw plate. The jaw plate is fixed on the jaw bed by bolts. Most of the jaw plates are made of high manganese steel.

Also, it has the advantages of good wear resistance, high toughness and impact strength. It is widely used to crush soft or medium-hard materials, such as limestone, concrete waste, clay and so on.
