Description:
The mobile impact crusher plant consists of a vibrating feeder, a diesel mobile impact crusher, a belt conveyor and a trailer. It is a secondary crushing equipment that uses impact force to crush materials, and the finished products are mostly cubic. It is mainly used in mining, construction waste treatment and other industries, and has the advantages of convenient mobility, high crushing ratio, and flexible equipment combination.
Work Principle
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first crushed by the violent impact of the high-speed rotating plate hammer. After the crushed material gains kinetic energy, it is thrown to the impact liner at high speed and crushed again by collision and shearing. The material enters the first, second and third impact chambers in order from large to small, and is repeatedly crushed until the particle size meets the requirements and is discharged from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor, the particle size and shape of the discharged material can be accurately controlled.
