Working principle
When the ore pulp flows through the gold sluice box, the gold and other heavy minerals are adsorbed by the gold sluice grass or gold sluice carpet on the surface of the chute and remain on the surface of the chute, while the light minerals continue to flow with the water flow. After a period of time, the heavy minerals on the surface of the chute are captured and accumulated to obtain gold rich concentrate. When accumulated to a certain extent, pull it down and shake it, rinse it to remove impurities, and collect the gold particles.

Gold Sluice Carpet Selection
We will choose the suitable carpet for customers according to gold particle size in raw ore.
We have three kinds of carpet as per gold particle size.
1.Carpet for fine grained gold,normally is 0-6mm;
2.Carpet for medium grained gold,normally is 6-12mm;
3.Carpet for coarse grained gold,normally is 10-30mm;
If you don’t need the complete set sluice box machine,we also can sell the sluice matting/carpet separately.
