Double Stage Hammer Crusher With Two Sets Hammers
Working principle
When the double stage hammer crusher is working, the dual motors drive the upper and lower rotors to rotate at high speed. After the material enters the feed port, it is first crushed by the hammer of the upper rotor, then it falls to the lower rotor and is hit by the hammer again. At the same time, the materials collide and grind each other. After two-stage continuous crushing, the material reaches the required particle size and is discharged from the bottom outlet.

Advantages
1. The double two stage hammer crusher has a large crushing ratio, and the two-stage crushing is linked, completing coarse and fine crushing at one time, reducing the number of processes.
2. Its finished product has good particle shape and uniform particle size, which meets various production needs and has stable quality.
3. It has strong adaptability, can process wet and sticky materials, is not easy to clog, and has a wide range of applications.
4. It has low energy consumption, the two stages work efficiently together, and unit production capacity consumes less electricity, which can save costs.
