Crushing stage
The gold ore enters the jaw crusher, and then is crushed into small pieces by the squeezing between the movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate.

Grinding stage
After crushing, the crushed ore enters wet pan mill and appropriate amount of water is added to the water wet pan mill. The wet pan mill grinds the ore into powder though the rolling and stirring action of the grinding rollers, so that the useful mineral and the waste mineral are fully separated.

Beneficiation stage
The useful mineral with pulp after ground by the wet pan mills enters gold centrifuge concentrator. Usually, the gold centrifugal Kacha concentrator ( a small type of simple centrifuge) is used after wet pan mill. The gold Kacha concentrator rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force, causing the mineral particles with high density to settle on the inner wall of the bowl liner, while the particles with low density remain in the slurry, achieving the preliminary separation and obtaining concentrate and tailings.

Then the gold concentrate obtained by the gold Kacha concentrator is fed into the 6-S shaking table. Under the reciprocating motion of the shaking table and the flushing action of water, the minerals are separated on the bed surface according to the differences in density and particle size, and concentrate, and tailings are obtained respectively, thus completing the gold concentration selection.
