Gold gravity beneficiation ball mill plant
Crushing stage
The raw gold ores are fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and are broken into smaller pieces. Generally, the gold ores can be crushed to about 0-20mm. After the primary crushing, the ore goes into the hammer crusher mill for fine crushing to 0-10mm to provide suitable feed size for the subsequent grinding operation.

Grinding stage
The fine crushed ores enter the ball mill for grinding. Through the impact and grinding of grinding media such as steel balls in the ball mill, the ores are ground into fine powder, so that useful minerals and waste minerals can be separated as much as possible. Usually, the ores can be ground into powder which size is within 0.074-0.4mm.

Beneficiation stage
The ore pulp after grinding machine ball mill enters the Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator. The strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge rotor accelerates the sedimentation speed of particles of different densities in the ore pulp, and the materials of different densities are initially separated to obtain preliminary concentrate centrifuge concentrator enters the 6-S shaking table for selection. The shaking table uses the inclined bed surface with asymmetric reciprocating motion to perform inclined flow separation, so that the useful minerals in the concentrate are further enriched, and finally a high-quality concentrate product is obtained.
