Jaw crusher stone crushing machine for limestone granite quartz mining

Jaw crusher is usually used as a stone primary crushing machine. It can process mining rock stone under 320 MPa into middle-size particles. With small model machine, materials can be broken twice so as to have a smaller-size discharge particles. This device works through squeezing rubbing and crushing of movable plate and static plate, made of high manganese, which simulates the movement of animals’ jaw.

Working principle

The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw and the stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

The jaw crusher usually worked with electric motor, while we can equip the jaw crusher machine with diesel engine based on demand of customer. Besides we provide both fixed type jaw crusher and mobile crusher plant for customer to choose.
