Recently, our PE250x400 diesel jaw crushers have been successfully loaded and shipped to our important customer in Papua New Guinea. The jaw crushers will support the customer’s local work, including small-scale mining, infrastructure development and aggregate production. Before shipping, we talked with the customer: they needed a strong, high-performance fixed crushing solution for small-scale gold ore processing and mining that could work in Papua New Guinea’s different job sites, like rural gold mining areas and construction zones near cities.
The PE250x400 model diesel jaw crusher perfectly meets the core needs of customer, especially in gold mining. With a maximum feed size of 210 mm, it easily handles large chunks of gold ore, limestone, granite, and construction waste commonly found in small-scale gold mining and other projects in Papua New Guinea. Its capacity of 10-20 tons per hour meets the output targets of small-scale gold mining, whether crushing ore for gold extraction or providing aggregate for local road maintenance. As a primary crusher for gold ore, its output size is less than 25 m, and it can be adjusted as needed. This output size is ideal for the initial crushing stage, allowing the crushed gold ore to directly enter the next stage of fine crushing, laying a solid foundation for subsequent gold separation steps (such as gravity separation or leaching). For construction applications, this output particle size also meets Papua New Guinea's industry standards for concrete mixing. This stationary crusher is powered by a 22 hp diesel engine, providing reliable performance even in remote gold mining areas with limited power supply from the Papua New Guinea grid.
